In our dealings with other counselors of our clients and with advisors who recommend us we cultivate a partnerly relationship for the benefit of our common clients and/or customers.

Company incorporations, merger & acquisitions of companies, company investments, participation in companies, company restructuring and company re-organization are classical fields of close cooperation with these partners, as is the defense in court of the interests of our German clients abroad and of our foreign clients in Germany.
